Being in Indian Hospitals 2022

Suppose for an example;

Patient gets admitted today at xyz hospital with xyz disease , being investigated to reach some diagnosis by in house team of consultants and medical officers , say 10 of them.

Relatives asks and takes pictures of all reports and papers to send to some 11th doctor who has not seen a patient yet , but they are giving him all information and asks for his opinion. looking at these 10 doctors with all doubts by their whatsapp and google knowledge they have gathered. even before the reports have arrived & read properly by treating team , someone in family is ready with mobile to click the pics , everyone is ready to understand it in their own ways in family & at the end they spoil the scenario rather than helping out. Questions they ask about health and treatment are more directed towards clearing their own doubts and then they gather incomplete knowledge in their own ways and own capacity , hardly I find people asking Questions out of care and concern of person suffering the disease , they sound and act as if they are intelligent enough to understand disease & medicine , but in fact , we (as treating Doctors and Patients also) don't need ur IQ , we just need your common sense to understand the process and real empathy towards patient.

At the same time , these doctors here also are receiving reports from their known/forcefully known people around and asking them their opinion for patient which they have not seen yet.

This is in general issue of developing mankind , Mistrust , people don't have trust in their surroundings and so neither on Medical field also nor on anyone for that matter. they l eat n drink n smoke anything and everything but when they come to doctor , they will ask , is it heavy dose? is it having any side effects? suddenly they become health concious when they come to doctor. Only Doctors can understand this irony better , that's why their approach is also changing than before what it was 10yrs back.
